Thank you for your interest in TheraQuip’s service loaner program.
TheraQuip offers service loaners to customers utilizing our Technical Services department for repairs. There are no rental charges for the repair period which begins on the day we ship the loaner from our warehouse in Greensboro, NC; and ends two business days after your unit is delivered to you from the repair center. After that point, our rental fee is $150.00 per unit per month, or any part thereof.
If you request a loaner, we will ask you to furnish a credit card number or a purchase order. For tracking purposes, we will send you an invoice for the loaner. We will also notify your sales rep of the upcoming repair so they can assist you with any questions of your repair status.
When our loaner arrives, please make sure that we have included all the accessories (power cord, lead wires, soundhead, etc.) listed on the inventory form in the box. Notify us immediately of any discrepancy. In addition, please check to be sure the unit is operating properly; if not, please let us know of any problems.
We will issue an insured FedEx call tag for your repair unit. We strongly recommend you use the original packaging materials if available. If not, have your unit prepared for shipment at either a UPS Store (www.theupsstore.com) or Kinko’s (www.fedex.com). Your equipment will be sent to one of our authorized repair facilities. We will call you with a repair estimate, usually within 5 days after your unit is picked up. If you agree to the estimated charges, we’ll repair and return your equipment as promptly as possible. Repairs usually take 5-7 working days. If you decline the charges, we will return your unit unrepaired and you will be billed $75 for the inspection.
We will call to confirm that you have received your unit and that it operating properly. If so, we’ll issue a FedEx call tag for our loaner. Please repackage it in the original carton(s) and have it ready to go. Be sure to include all the accessories listed on the inventory sheet to avoid being charged for anything that is missing.
In addition to the estimate or repair charges, you will be responsible for the FedEx fees for shipping the loaner to your clinic and back to Greensboro as well as the FedEx fees for shipping your repair unit to the repair facility and back to your clinic.
Once we receive our loaner, we will credit our tracking invoice and bill you for the repair (or estimate fee), FedEx charges, rental charges (if they apply) and any missing accessories, if necessary.
