Inspection results are presented at the time of service on either CD or diskette. A copy is kept in our files as well, and can easily be emailed to you should yours be misplaced. This way, your clinic will always be ready for your next regulatory inspection.
Your TheraQuip technical documentation will include:

  1. A sticker on each piece of equipment confirming the test date and results.
  2. A summary of the test results.
  3. A brief guide to interpreting the data.
  4. An explanation of the standards by which your equipment was tested.

Liability Coverage on Repairs
TheraQuip carries a $1 million liability insurance policy to protect you against errors, equipment failures or mishaps related to our calibration or testing.

We maintain complete worker's compensation insurance to protect you in the event that our technicians are injured in your clinic or office.
